AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD PARADOX (Can.Ch.Tallywood Revelation ex Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Temperance

Dax's  first day in the show ring saw him going all the way to a First In Group!  He finished the weekend with nine points, and then finished his next time out, by winning a breed over specials. His first time out in the states saw him win three BOB's and two Group Thirds.  When he was back in coat he picked up three majors, then finished in amazing style - by going Winners Dog at the Collie Club of America National specialty!  Thanks to Larry Willeford for honoring our boys at the CCA His first time out since the CCA saw him win the Inland Empire specialty! Only shown two weeks he is a top five Collie in Canada for 2012. .

Introducing Trek!  We are so excited about this young boy.  He is a sable merle and does have blue in his show side eye, but his quality is outstanding and we feel he has much to offer.  After spending a year at home, Trek went to the CCA National specialty and won the beautiful Bred By Exhibitor class.  Thanks to everyone for their kind words.

Jimmy Choo!  He finished with two breeds over specials and a group 2nd his first weekend out as an adult!  We brought him back out at three to finish his US title in just two weekends, with three majors including a big specialty win over specials, and a Group 2.  His puppies are amazing. Jimmy Choo is now owned by Russell Petter, Seqouia Collies.

AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD RADIOACTIVE (Can.Ch.Tallywood Paparazzi ex Can.Ch.Tallywood Vividly "Baby Trace" won the 6-9 Sable class at the CCA his first time in the ring!  He finished in Canada quickly with a BPIG win, and his US title in only two weekends.  Trace was also first in the Bred By class at the Collie Club of America national 2012.

Can.Ch. TALLYWOOD PROVENANCE by Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Reverberate ex Can.Ch.Tallywood Catch Th'Light "Weston"  First weekend out in the US - specialty Best In Sweeps and five point major reserve!  In Canada, a Puppy Group winner, specialty sweeps winner and specialty pointed.  This boy is our future.

CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD MOTIVATION (Can.Ch.Tallywood Paparazzi ex Can.Ch.Tallywood Vividly)

.Revel is owned by Joyce Woolridge, Shadland Shetland Sheepdogs (and one collie...!)  He has been a star since he was born - as a puppy he won multiple group placements and puppy groups.  Now as a young dog he is a multiple group winner, and Reserve Winners Dog at the Collie Club of America National Specialty - his first US show!  He now has nine US points plus a major, and is currently the #1 Rough Collie in Canada.

Vivi has been special since the minute she was born.  She finished in Canada in two weekends, after she blew all her puppy coat. She just returned from her first road trip which saw her garner a speciatly Best in Sweepstakes and three major reserves!. Vivi is now the dam of three beautiful boys Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Radioactive, Ch.Tallywood Motivation, and Ch. Tallywood Shelgrande MindGames.

Sunday is a blue eyed sable merle, but she isn't letting it get in the way!  As a puppy she picked up a big five point specialty major at the Southern California specialties the weekend before the national.  At the CCA she was second in her class.  We LOVE this one... Sunday finished her Canadian title by going BOW at the Collie Club of Canada National specialty

AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD TEMPERANCE HC Ch.Southland's Bowen Island ROM ex Ch.Tallywood At First Light

To know Tizzy is to love her!  Style, attitude, presence - she has it all.  First time out she picked up back to back Best Puppy awards at the Nor Cal specialties, AND was BOW under Tom Coen for her first points.   She just finished her Canadian title with a big Group First from the classes!  But she didn't stop there - her next weekend out earned her three Group Firsts and an amazing BEST IN SHOW!! Tizzy then headed off to the states, to pick up two BOV and a Group 2nd and a Group 4th! She just finished her US title with back to back specialty majors. Tizzy was awarded an AWARD OF MERIT at the 2008 CCA, and was Canada's #1 Rough Collie for 2007! Tizzy is now retired to our good friends Keith and Kathy Taylor's couch.

AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD FASHIONISTA (Am/Can Ch Tallywood Twist and Shout ex Am/Can Ch Tallywood Transcendence)

Vogue is a dream come true.  After finishing with four majors, both from specialties and all breeds, she has matured into a gorgeous bitch.  Vogue has TEN specialty BOB in the US and was in the top twelve Collies two years in a row. She is also a group winner in Canada and has a group placement in the US. Bred to her half brother Resonance, she gave us a gorgeous litter. Can.Ch.Tallywood Vividly finished quickly, Tallywood Seraphim is in CA with Pat and Randy Smith and major pointed, Am.Can. Ch.Tallywood Reverberate finished with a group 2 in Canada and in just two weekends in the US and Ch.Tallywood Stylista also picked up a group 2/BPIG and finished in two weekends. Her second litter by Paparazzi gave us the beautiful Ch.Tallywood Pashmina and the very badly behaved Best Puppy In Show winner Tallywood Coco Rocha. Vogue rules Tallywood with an iron paw!

AM.CAN CH TALLYWOOD TECHNICOLOR (Am.Can.Ch. Tallywood Twist and Shout ex Am Can Ch Tallywood Transcendence)

Tech finished his American title in four weekends of showing, finishing with a specialty BOW in Southern California. Shown in 2005 in Canada he finished the year as #2 Rough Collies and a specialty BOB.. His puppy career saw him earn TEN Best Puppy in Groups, four group placements and a Best Puppy in Show. His first litter contained the beautiful Ch.Tallywood Revelation, and Ch.Tallywood Rekindled His son, Am.Can.Ch.Wild West's Mercury Rising, just finshed in the US.  He also picked up three BPIS wins, a group first and a Reserve Best In Show in one weekend out in Canada. Tech is now reitred to our couch.

AM.CAN. CH. TALLYWOOD TRANSCENDENTAL HC CGN RN (Am/Can Ch Tallywood Twist and Shout ex Am/Can Ch Tallywood Transcendence)

We have always believed that Tazo was a very special boy, and in March he proved it by winnng the Collie Club of America National Specialty!! This is truly the pinnacle of our breeding career, and we still pinch ourselves everyday to see if it was a dream or reality. Our sincere appreciation to Mr. Thomas Coen for this honor. Tazo is owned by Keri Campbell and ourselves, and will now be retired to Keri's to begin some obedience and agility training.  Thank you to all his friends and supporters for all the cards, flowers and emails, we loved and saved every one!  Tazo is retired to Keri's couch.

CAN CH TALLYWOOD AT FIRST LIGHT (Am Ch Gambit's Trick of Light ROM ex Can Am Ch Tallywood Rainforest Radiant Can.ROMX

Lola has done it all.  The first time in a ring she was BOB/Group 4th/BPIG and finished in a weekend.  Shown as a puppy specialty she won a Group First, Reserve Best In Show and a Best Puppy in Show!  Coming back out at ten months, she went all the way to BEST IN SHOW under Jon Cole, and finished her puppy career with yet another Best Puppy In Show.  Bred to Ch.Southland's Bowen Island, she gave us a lovely litter that is currently out and winning. Sadly Lola had to be spayed this summer, but is enjoying life Louise Watson's couch.

CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD REVELATION CGN PCD (Am.Can. Ch Tallywood Technicolor ex Am/Can Ch Tallywood Heart of the Matter)

Declan is a gorgeous sable merle boy that we co-own with Natasha Taphorn. He picked up eight points in his first weekend out, topping the weekend with a Best Of Winners at the ASSCA specialty  He finished with a BOB over specials, shown by Natasha. This dog has also taught us an important lesson in patience.  At four, he has now fufilled his early promise and is being bred to some of our best bitches. He is the sire of the CCA WD, Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Paradox  Declan is retired and king of Natasha's couch.

AM.CAN. CH.TALLYWOOD IN A NEW LIGHT (Am.Ch.Southland's Bowen Island ROM ex Can.Ch.Tallywood At First Light

Cayman had a two weekend puppy career, and picked up nine points, including a group placement before he blew coat.  We brought him back out in February where he  finished at the AKC shows, and went on to go BOB at the ASSCA specialty!  We predict an exciting future for this young dog.   Cayman is now enjoying his new home with Wendy Reekie, Fonehill Collies.Cayman finished his US title with three majors, in January 2009.His son, AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD ENLIGHTENED finished at ten months of age, and AM.CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD RESONANCE  just finished with a specialty BOB from the classes.   His daughter CAN.CH.TALLYWOOD AYCHESS REPLICA  just picked up her first group placement, and is US pointed. Cayman is very proud of his Texas kids at Windcrest, bred by Larry Willeford!

AM CAN CH TALLYWOOD TRANSCENDENCE (Am Ch Gambit's Trick of Light ex Am Can Ch Tallywood Crossheart Windswept)

Macy was BOW at the CCA Nationals at just 7 months of age! We can't thank Carmen Leonard enough for finding her amongst the stars. She blew coat soon after that, then came back out in November to go all the way to BOV at the Collie; Club of Washington under Lee Runnels, then back to the states again in January to go BOB at the Overlake Collie Club to finish with her fourth major! Macy is a dream come true AND the dam of -Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Technicolor Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Transcendental Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Fashionista  Am.Ch.Tallywood Divination  Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Enlightened Am.Can.Ch.Tallywood Resonance and Can.Ch.Tallywood Catch Th'Light Macy was taken from us in February 2008 and leaves the largest hole in our hearts.  We adored her so.

AM CAN CH. TALLYWOOD RAINFOREST RADIANT ROMX (Am Can Ch Gambit's A Hurricane Brew'n HC ex Am Can Ch Tallywood Crossheart Windswept) Pictured at ten years old, with her great grandson Resonance

Shimmer is our favourite child. She finished in a flash as a young puppy, then as a puppy special won three BPIG, a group 4th and TWO Best Puppy In Show wins. Shimmer also has two specialty Best in Sweeps to her credit; and recently WON the Collie Club of Washington! She also was BOB at the ASSCA specialty under Nioma Coen. In the US, she finished quickly shown by both her owners. A stint in the whelping box saw her become the mom to seven champions, two of which are also finished in the US. She has now qualified for her Canadian ROMX!!! Shimmer is a group winner in Canada, is the dam of a Best In Show  winner, two multi group winners, and is co-owned by and resides with Sue and Jim Bertrand, in the Rainforest. She came out at TEN YEARS of age to go Best Of Breed at the Collie Club of Washington!! Shimmer sadly passed away this fall, leaving a very large hole in the hearts of all who loved her.
